- Your referral paperwork from your doctor or medical advisor (please note we accept all referrals – not just those on Sound Radiology letterhead)
- Medicare card
- Government Concession Cards
- Any previous radiology imaging that might be relevant to your appointment
- Workcover insurance details, if applicable
